Flexible access & consultation

Access support in-person, online, or through group sessions. Begin with a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and an informal chat to decide if and how we can best support you and your child.

Embracing uniqueness, celebrating potential

At Guided Hands, we believe that every child should be treated as an individual. We view autism and ADHD not as disorders, but as a 'super-power' to be embraced. We believe it's essential to understand the child themselves, celebrating their potential and encouraging them to be 'proud to be different'.

Our personal approach

Our journey together begins with an initial consultation to discuss the support you need. This is often followed by a home visit, allowing us to meet your child and family, gaining invaluable insight into your personal circumstances and establishing a strong foundation for trust and understanding. (All information will be treated with the upmost respect and in complete confidence.)

Building confidence, fostering independence

Following our initial visit, we move to 1:1 weekly appointments, either in person or via telephone. During these sessions, we identify and implement strategies, with an email summary provided after each session outlining what was discussed and actions to be taken. This consistent support helps establish daily routines, reduce meltdowns, and promotes your child's self-confidence and independence, providing resources to aid communication and enhance understanding.
